If something doesn’t fit right or meet your expectations, we make it simple to exchange.

Eligibility for Exchange

You can initiate an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, under the following conditions:

The product must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
Tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact.
Exchanges are only accepted for size or product variations.

If the requested size or product is unavailable, we will credit the full amount to you as Rushe Coupon, which can be used for your next purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Currently, all our products at Rushe are eligible for exchange except items purchased during clearance sales or at a special discount offer.
Such discounted pieces are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Each product page will clearly mention if the item is non-returnable.

Exchange Process

Go to our Exchange Portal on the website.
Enter your order details and select the item you wish to exchange.
Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
A courier pickup will be scheduled — you don’t have to ship it yourself.
Once received and quality-checked, your exchange or coupon will be processed within 5–7 working days.

Refunds

Rushe currently offers exchange or coupons only — we do not process refunds to original payment methods.
