Orders & Delivery

How long does it take to deliver my order?

Orders are typically delivered within 7–10 working days, depending on your location across India.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification containing your tracking details and a link to the courier's website

Do you deliver Pan-India?

Yes, we deliver across all serviceable pin codes in India.

Can I cancel my order?

You can request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, and only before it has been shipped. Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Payments & Pricing

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking, and various wallet payments.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes, COD is available at select pin codes. Please note there is a ₹99 fee on all COD orders.

Is shopping on Rushe safe?

Absolutely. We use secure payment gateways and take all reasonable measures to protect your personal information and transaction details.

Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We do not offer refunds. However, we provide a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery to ensure you find the perfect fit.

How do I raise an exchange request?

Simply log in to your account, go to Order Details, and select the Exchange Option for the product you wish to return.

What are the conditions for an exchange?

The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.

How does the quality check affect exchanges?

All returned products first undergo a quality check at our warehouse. The replacement item will only be dispatched for delivery once the returned product passes this inspection.

If my preferred size is unavailable, what happens?

If the size or product you want is unavailable, the payment amount will be credited to your Rushe Wallet for future purchases.

Rushe Wallet

What is the Rushe Wallet?

The Rushe Wallet is a form of store credit. When an exchange is unavailable, or an order is cancelled, the amount is credited to your Wallet.

Can I convert my Rushe Wallet credit to cash?

No. Rushe Wallet credit can only be used on our website for future purchases and cannot be converted into cash.

When is my payment credited to the Rushe Wallet?

Credit is applied to your Rushe Wallet for cancelled orders (within the 12-hour window) and for exchanges where the replacement product is out of stock.

Where can I find the correct sizing information?

A detailed Size Guide is available on every Product Details Page (PDP) to help you choose the right fit. We recommend comparing the garment measurements to your best-fitting clothes.

Are your products true to size?

Our products are designed with attention to fit. Please refer to our Size Chart on the product page, which lists the exact garment measurements in inches.
