At Rushé, your satisfaction is our top priority.
If something doesn’t fit right or meet your expectations, we make it simple to exchange.

Eligibility for Exchange

You can initiate an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • Tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact.
  • Exchanges are only accepted for size or product variations.

If the requested size or product is unavailable, we will credit the full amount to your Rushé Wallet, which can be used for your next purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Currently, all our products at Rushé are eligible for exchange except items purchased during clearance sales or at a special discount offer.
Such discounted pieces are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Each product page will clearly mention if the item is non-returnable.

Exchange Process
  1. Go to our Exchange Portal on the website.
  2. Enter your order details and select the item you wish to exchange.
  3. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
  4. A courier pickup will be scheduled — you don’t have to ship it yourself.
  5. Once received and quality-checked, your exchange or wallet credit will be processed within 5–7 working days.
Refunds

Rushé currently offers exchange or wallet credit only — we do not process refunds to original payment methods.
